Lead estate-wide security, health and safety strategy and operations; conduct risk assessments; manage asset protection, access control, incident response, and security personnel; ensure legal and EHS compliance; design and run CSR programs and stakeholder engagement; prepare performance and regulatory reports.

Process and record payment transactions; support preparation of financial statements and reports; reconcile bank statements; assist accounts payable and receivable including invoice processing and payment tracking; maintain organized financial filing and accurate records.

Lead end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define needs, build talent pipelines, supervise and develop the recruitment team, monitor KPIs, prepare reports, recommend process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
