The PMO Manager develops and oversees project timelines, manages multiple projects and resources, leads meetings, mitigates risks, and maintains documentation, providing updates to management.

Manage cost control, estimation, tendering, procurement, and contract administration for tall building and mixed-use construction projects. Ensure quality and HSE compliance, assess and mitigate project risks, review supplier/subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing, monitor budgets from estimate to final accounts, and provide procurement and cost-saving advice.

Lead and coordinate project execution across teams and contractors; monitor construction for compliance with drawings, specs, quality and safety; manage schedules, resources, budgets and costs; identify risks and implement corrective actions; conduct site inspections and meetings; prepare progress and cost reports for stakeholders.
