Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, agreements/contracts, permits & licenses, corporate actions, and property transactions.
- Familiar with preparation and review of legal documents, including agreements, PPJB/AJB, and corporate documents.
- Good understanding of regulatory compliance and business operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) is preferred.
