Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus
- 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Planning, PDCA, or Corporate Strategic Management.
- Familiar with Balanced Scorecard, OKR, SOP, and Business Intelligence tools.
- Strong knowledge of industries such as hospitality, property, or construction is preferred.
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great communication, negotiation skills, and must be fluent in English.
Skills Required
