Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- 7+ years of relevant experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial analysis, and accounting.
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, Investor Relations, corporate actions, and strategic corporate finance transactions; experience in capital markets-related projects is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Placement: Karawang, West Java.
Skills Required
