Six-month full-time intern supporting Porsche Singapore sales planning, business processes, reporting, dealer steering meetings, and sales process optimization. The role coordinates activities across Porsche Asia Pacific, Porsche AG, and Porsche Singapore Retail while assisting the local team with daily operations. Candidates should be analytical, organized, communicative, team-oriented, and able to work independently.

Supports Porsche Asia Pacific’s PR and communications across 13 markets through integrated campaigns, product launches, events, social content, media relations, press asset management, media monitoring, reporting, and budget administration. The intern collaborates with regional stakeholders, ensures brand and corporate identity compliance, analyzes communications performance, and assists with procurement and financial tracking.

Sell and represent pre-owned Porsche vehicles, manage the full sales funnel and customer lifecycle, coordinate test drives, financing, trade-ins and refurbishment, support marketing events, maintain CRM records, meet KPI targets, ensure brand-standard vehicle presentation and compliance with laws and company policies.

Lead end-to-end CRM across Sales and After Sales: plan and run campaigns, manage leads and events, design customer touchpoints and owner programmes, track NPS and satisfaction, handle escalations and goodwill cases, run CRM data activities including migration, UAT, cleansing and analytics (AI-enabled), and support day-to-day CRM operations and cross-functional coaching.

Support the Training Academy team on projects including setup of the regional Training Academy in Singapore; assist People Excellence, Sales and Aftersales qualification initiatives; monitor training KPIs and produce monthly reports; and coordinate with local market trainers across 13 Asia Pacific markets.

Support Porsche Asia Pacific finance and procurement processes including accounts payable/receivable, GL closing using SAP, billing, financial/tax reporting, procurement tender support, and finance process/system improvements.

Provide end-to-end HR operations and advisory support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, training coordination, employee records, engagement initiatives, and compliance to strengthen organisational effectiveness and employee experience.

Act as Porsche brand ambassador to consult customers through vehicle configuration, offers, financing, test drives and contract closure. Deliver exceptional purchase and ownership experiences, manage sales funnel and CRM updates, support marketing events, nurture leads, and ensure compliance and customer hospitality.

Support end-to-end procurement and risk management activities: manage procurement and risk systems, coordinate with HQ and stakeholders, run tender and procure-to-pay processes, perform vendor due diligence, support operational risk identification and mitigation, business continuity planning, deliver training, produce management reports, and drive continuous improvement.

Support the Corporate Development and Strategy team with daily operations, annual business planning, corporate strategy, project management, change initiatives, and planning/execution of workshops, conferences, and events.

Provide executive secretarial support to the CEO; manage daily workplace operations, reception, facilities and vendor coordination; optimise office systems, policies and asset management; organise events and internal communications to enhance employee experience, wellbeing, health and safety while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Support the Aftersales Director and team by preparing presentations and documents, developing and verifying Aftersales reports, monitoring quality processes and KPIs, handling operational inquiries from importers, and coordinating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.

Lead IT strategy and roadmap for Porsche Asia Pacific, manage IT projects, vendors and system integrators. Drive digital transformation (cloud, AI, BI), ensure information security and business continuity, oversee daily IT operations (endpoint management, patching, asset lifecycle), and build/develop the local IT team to meet service levels.
