• Assist the Training Academy Team with various projects and tasks
• Assist in the setup of the upcoming regional Training Academy located in the future Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) Singapore
• Support initiatives related to People Excellence, Sales Qualification, and Aftersales Qualifications, including regional product and branding training, skills training, staff certification, and related change management efforts
• Monitor training KPIs, generate monthly KPI reports on training success, and facilitate communication with local market trainers
• Opportunities to work directly with our 13 Asia Pacific markets including Singapore
Requirements
• Study in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or any relevant other studies
• Prior internship experience preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
• Open-minded, organised, analytical, and quality oriented, able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Strong team orientation with good intercultural understanding
