Support the Aftersales Director and team by preparing presentations and documents, developing and verifying Aftersales reports, monitoring quality processes and KPIs, handling operational inquiries from importers, and coordinating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.

Lead IT strategy and roadmap for Porsche Asia Pacific, manage IT projects, vendors and system integrators. Drive digital transformation (cloud, AI, BI), ensure information security and business continuity, oversee daily IT operations (endpoint management, patching, asset lifecycle), and build/develop the local IT team to meet service levels.

Support the Finance Team with day-to-day AP/AR processing, transaction data entry and verification in the Dealer Management System, service package claim processing and reporting, and procurement support including vendor setup, tender assistance, and purchase request approvals across workshop and office locations.
