Supports the full employee and intern lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, engagement activities, HR administration, employee records, reporting, and offboarding. The intern also manages Porsche Ambassador staffing, scheduling, timesheets, and performance monitoring, while assisting with office management and employee inquiries. The role requires onsite work at two Singapore locations during the internship period.

Supports marketing analytics and digital enablement through KPI reporting, data-quality monitoring, dashboard and report preparation, omnichannel evaluation, invoice coordination, AI adoption, project documentation, and cross-team coordination across markets and agencies.

Supports daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reporting; sales planning; order and quota management; KPI monitoring; process verification; and coordination of business activities and projects across Porsche entities and 13 Asia Pacific countries.
