Lead DEME's global security strategy covering physical, information, and personnel security. Build and run security organization and SOC, ensure compliance (GDPR, NIS2, ISO27001), manage physical security and vendor contracts, lead incident response and crisis management, serve as Group Security Officer under Belgian law, and advise executives and board.
