You will be responsible for identifying brownfield redevelopment opportunities
You will coordinate the feasibility studies of potential projects, dealing with technical, legal, financial, real estate commercial aspects
You will manage the commercial and contractual negotiations and finalize agreements with the partners;
You will give assistance in the set-up of permits;
You will manage and structure investments and financing, in cooperation with the internal departments
You will maintain and extend a commercial network
You have a master degree, preferably with an economical and/or technical background and you have a strong affinity for the commercial and financial context;
You have at least 5 years of experience in a relevant position. Your experience is situated in the real estate and/or soil remediation context, in a role as project manager, business developer or similar;
You have knowledge of environmental and/or spatial planning legislation with focus on the Flemish context;
Financial, legal and contractual aspects of project management are familiar for you;
Experience with ‘Public Private Partnership’ is a plus;
You are an initiator, a strategic thinker, a team player, analytic, assertive, and solution provider;
You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus;
Your office will be based in Zwijndrecht.
