Provide technical support and expertise within one of our expert domains (e.g., Gearboxes, Propulsion, or other supporting systems).
Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of mechanical failures within your area of expertise.
Support engineering projects focused on innovation, sustainability, and efficiency improvements.
Liaise with suppliers, classification societies, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or a related field) or equivalent through experience.
Preferred 3 years of relevant experience in a technical engineering role (maritime industry experience is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Willingness to travel occasionally to fleet locations or project sites (20%).
Fluent in English; verbal and written.
