As a QHSE Trainee, you will:
Rotate through various QHSE teams to gain a broad, hands-on understanding of the field, with a strong focus on safety.
Assist in project safety, risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
Support the development and implementation of safety campaigns, training, and management systems.
Actively contribute to a culture where safety is the top priority—both at HQ and on international project sites.
Work on safety initiatives that drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Gain international exposure and professional development opportunities.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in safety, engineering, or a QHSE-related field.
Intrinsic motivation for safety: you are convinced that safety is the cornerstone of every project and are eager to champion this mindset.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
