In this position, you’ll play a key role in attracting young talents who will help shape DEME’s future. You’ll join an enthusiastic team where you can truly make a difference.
As the main point of contact for student associations, you’ll manage collaborations and sponsorships.
Organizing and coordinating DEME Dinners and other creative campus initiatives from start to finish will be a key part of your role.
You will represent DEME with enthusiasm at job fairs and events across Belgium, where your presence and engagement are essential.
Collaboration with colleagues in HR and other departments will help strengthen our presence at events.
A strong focus will be placed on attracting school leavers, in close cooperation with our HR business partners.
You’ll oversee the entire recruitment process for school leavers—from CV screening to interviews and follow-up.
Contributing ideas for original campaigns to engage students is encouraged.
You’ll also support tracking intake figures and preparing reports.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required, knowledge of French is a plus.
You already have some relevant experience as a recruiter.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.
As Campus recruiter you'll attend job fairs and DEME events, which requires flexibility in your schedule during peak periods.
