Serve as the central point of contact for all document management activities
Collaborate closely with the project management team
Raise awareness, inform, and train both the project team and external stakeholders (clients/subcontractors) on document management procedures
Ensure compliance with company standards and requirements
Adapt and update the standard document control procedures for the duration of the project
Manage the project’s Document Management System (DMS), support its implementation, and oversee access rights
Oversee the full document lifecycle from drafting to archiving
Have a bachelor’s degree or similar through experience;
Have an administrative background with a focus on policy & processes;
Advanced digital skills in Office, basic skills in Data Management Systems are a plus;

Able to communicate and express yourself fluently in spoken and written English
Have excellent communicative skills and are a team player;
