You will become the backbone of our engineering team, ensuring that data is structured, accessible, and up to date — enabling efficient project planning, technical coordination, and decision-making. You will collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders in a dynamic offshore/marine-focused environment.Your responsibilities
Support the transition from server-based storage to SharePoint
Assist in organizing tender documentation
Organize and digitize article libraries
Maintain soil data records and manage uploads to the server and database
Assist in setting up and maintaining new SharePoint structures
Keep track of engineering requests, project timelines, and vessel planning milestones
Support Monday Management meetings with timely documentation and data updates
Update templates and support search/retrieval of data across folders and systems
Prepare documentation and support for internal reports and management briefings
Strong communicator: able to provide clear, complete, and timely information
Takes initiative and can work independently with minimal supervision
High attention to detail and ability to work in a structured, methodical way
Proactive, with good time management and personal planning skills
Comfortable in a technical, engineering-focused environment
Experience with document control systems, SharePoint, or data management tools is a plus
