Own sustainability compliance across product lines, managing certifications, audits, regulatory requirements, data validation, and sustainability inventory reconciliation. Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Risk, IT, Legal, clients, and certification bodies to support compliant transactions, improve controls and processes, and enable reliable reporting and market access for renewable commodities.

Acts as the regional subject-matter expert for sustainability compliance across renewable fuels, gases, and energy products. Ensures regulatory and certification compliance, monitors regulatory changes, leads audits, evaluates trades and supply-chain documentation, reviews GHG calculations, and provides compliance guidance. The role partners with commercial, operational, legal, risk, and finance teams, analyzes transactional data, improves controls and reporting, and represents the company with regulators, auditors, and certification bodies.

Manage trade transactions from deal completion through product delivery, coordinating with finance, credit, clients, vendors, and auditors. Responsibilities include contract preparation and review, account discrepancy resolution, reconciliations, transaction reporting, month-end close support, audit coordination, and developing operations policies and procedures. This role is fully in-office in New York City at least four days per week.

Conduct outbound prospecting across the UK and Dutch markets through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Research prospects, identify business opportunities, generate qualified meetings for Account Managers, maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data, and collaborate with commercial teams. The role requires learning sustainability solutions, meeting activity-based KPIs, and developing sales and business development expertise in environmental markets.

Build and maintain market risk reporting infrastructure and models, monitor daily VaR and stress exposures, assess new product risk, automate processes, perform stress testing, analyze large datasets, advise traders, and create/enforce market risk policies and procedures.

Manage full-cycle accounting for Japan while supporting Singapore and China, including AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, tax submissions, audit requests, and statutory compliance. Analyze vendor and customer ledgers, onboard counterparties and tax codes, provide financial insights, and support process automation and continuous improvement. The role requires collaboration across finance, front-office, and business-support teams.

Provide in-house legal support on commercial, regulatory, governance and corporate matters; draft and negotiate domestic and international commercial agreements; advise cross-functional teams on transaction structuring and risk mitigation; manage contract workflows; support litigation, investigations and trainings; monitor relevant laws and regulations affecting the business.

This role involves managing client portfolios, cold calling to generate leads, and collaborating with a sales team. Candidates should be ambitious and self-motivated with a background in finance and sales preferred.

As a Business Commercial Intern, you will support the trading team by registering environmental assets, conducting market research, and preparing internal materials.

Lead APAC field marketing to translate global GTM into localized, scalable programs. Own demand generation, ABM, budget, agency management, team leadership, cross-functional alignment, reporting, and marketing technology to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Originate and onboard renewable energy assets across APAC for REC registration and monetization. Prospect and engage asset owners, negotiate commercial and offtake agreements, coordinate registration and documentation with operations, and collaborate with trading and commercial teams using market intelligence to prioritize sourcing and optimize REC value.
