To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
- Young and ambitious professional
- Preferably some experience or at least an affinity with finance and sales
- Cold-calling pro and charismatic portfolio manager
- Entrepreneurial spirit, energetic, ambitious and curious
- Self-motivated and persistent, even in tough situations
- Eager to learn and welcome constructive criticism
- Not afraid to fail and try again
