Lead operations for a greenfield Records Retrieval business line: run cross-functional projects, vendor and offshore coordination, process design, reporting and SLA tracking, hiring/onboarding support, SOPs and training, and implement improvements from diagnosis through execution to scale the team and business.

Design, implement, and improve Monarch's leadership operating system and planning cadences. Own quarterly and annual planning mechanics, drive execution of cross-functional priorities, build documentation and artifacts to scale execution, and partner with founders and leaders to remove friction and improve decision-making.

Oversees proposal operations and development, leading teams in creating timely and compliant proposals for business development efforts while supporting multiple service lines.
