Provides administrative and account service support to the Employee Benefits Department. Responsibilities include preparing carrier marketing materials, proposals, insurance comparisons, benefit presentations, and open enrollment meetings; maintaining accurate files; supporting client and carrier relationships; managing multiple accounts; and staying current on health insurance, HIPAA, ACA, and regulatory requirements.

Support project managers and superintendents with project coordination, documentation, submittal and RFI management, cost coding, change order preparation, status reporting, bid package development, and contract close-out tasks.

Manage civil litigation matters from pretrial through trial, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements. Conduct legal research, attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials, develop case strategies, review medical records and evidence, communicate with clients, collaborate with attorneys and experts, and ensure compliance with Nevada and federal court procedures.

Manage a manufacturing engineering team to support production, NPI, process qualification and improvement. Oversee budgets, staffing, project delivery, FPY improvement, plant layout/capital projects, cross-functional collaboration, and performance management while ensuring safety and quality.

Supports the Project Manager and Jobsite Foreman with site administration, including payroll distribution, new-hire safety orientations, document control, data entry, employee coordination, and liaison duties between the jobsite and regional office. Maintains confidential employee records, follows safety policies, assists with issue resolution, and occasionally makes deliveries. Requires reliable transportation to remote jobsites and strong organizational, communication, computer, and multitasking skills.

Develop and mature data security frameworks, standards, and controls; assess data security risk and compliance; provide technical advisory across cloud, analytics, DSPM, Databricks, and Azure; collaborate with stakeholders to improve data protection posture and control maturity.

Execute tests, troubleshoot hardware/firmware, analyze data, build test fixtures, assist test automation and project scheduling, and coordinate with labs and engineering teams to support certification.

Supervise and direct casino property surveillance operations (gaming and non-gaming areas), observe and report suspicious activity, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain video equipment, write investigative reports, coordinate with other departments and law enforcement, and provide leadership to surveillance staff on the graveyard shift.
