Own Arcadia’s revenue operating system, including Salesforce, forecasting, pricing, SKUs, quote-to-cash, KPI frameworks, sales compensation, and AI-powered reporting. Lead the evaluation and roadmap of the revenue technology stack while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Tech. Build scalable processes, improve forecast accuracy, analyze pipeline and sales efficiency, and drive predictable growth in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Leads a data science team focused on customer intelligence and personalization across digital products, apps, newsletters, and marketing channels. Develops lifetime value, segmentation, retention, recommendation, attribution, forecasting, and engagement models. Responsibilities include experimenting with neural network architectures, designing computer vision solutions, conducting statistical experiments, deploying successful models, collaborating with data, modeling, and cloud infrastructure teams, and improving ML infrastructure.

Leads cross-functional operational excellence and transformation programs across multiple business domains. Responsibilities include process architecture, Lean and Six Sigma methodology application, stakeholder influence, change management, AI-assisted workflow redesign, automation governance, performance measurement, and executive communication. The role coaches stakeholders, manages complex initiatives, delivers measurable efficiency improvements, and develops sustainable operational frameworks with long-term organizational impact.

Serve as a strategic advisor to physician and healthcare practice owners on accounting, tax, financial performance, profitability, compensation, cash flow, and operational strategy. Build executive client relationships, mentor internal teams, support growth and scalable advisory processes, and participate in business development and proposals.

Own commercial performance and go-to-market execution for Mice, Keyboards, and Surfaces. Drive category strategy reviews, sell-in materials, launch packages, sales and retail enablement, reviewer/PR support, and cross-functional coordination to hit revenue and market-share targets across global regions.

Own strategic relationships with complex enterprise clients, serving as a trusted executive advisor and voice of the customer. Lead migrations from legacy travel-management technology to Navan, including scoping, implementation, go-live, and hypercare. Drive adoption, retention, compliance, training, health checks, business reviews, risk mitigation, and churn prevention. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales on feedback, enhancement requests, and escalations while managing stakeholder alignment and change resistance.

Partner with account executives in enterprise pre-sales by addressing technical requirements, delivering customized demonstrations, building UAT environments, managing proof-of-concept exercises, conducting architecture and security reviews, and scoping solutions for implementation handoff. The role requires collaborating across sales, product, engineering, and professional services while supporting fintech and banking customers with identity, fraud, credit, and compliance solutions.
