Own and QA high-impact retail data products: design and run QA, investigate and resolve complex data quality issues, collaborate with Insights and Engineering, improve automation and product reliability, and communicate methodology and limitations to clients.

Own Monthly and Quarterly Business Review analytics for Commercial Card and Merchant businesses. Produce executive-ready insights on revenue, pricing, interchange, and transaction trends; support leadership requests; maintain pricing models and contract repository; automate reporting; partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Business Management to inform decisions.

Lead and scale the Data & Analytics Practice, drive AI-enabled data solutions, oversee client engagements, and mentor a high-performing team. Define growth strategies and modern data architectures while ensuring alignment with business outcomes and collaboration among stakeholders.
