The Senior Consultant will lead the design and implementation of data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Databricks to enhance analytics capabilities for clients. They will engage with stakeholders to define data strategies and deliver high-quality consulting services across multiple projects.

Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and development for internal data initiatives. Own intake, discovery, and requirements documentation for analytics, BI, and reporting. Write user stories, acceptance criteria, data definitions, and reporting logic. Maintain a prioritized backlog, support stakeholder validation of prototypes, participate in agile ceremonies, and resolve requirement gaps and risks to ensure development can execute independently.

The Fraud Analyst monitors transactions for suspicious activity, uses fraud detection tools, documents findings, communicates with clients, and supports the Risk & Compliance team.

Build scalable GTM and product analytics to inform revenue, retention, and growth decisions. Analyze pharmacy claims and utilization to identify cost drivers and savings opportunities. Support specialty drug monitoring, PBM evaluations, stop-loss underwriting, client reporting, dashboards, and pharmacy benefit strategy development while collaborating with consultants, underwriters, brokers, and vendor partners.

Analyze operational data, build and maintain reporting models, KPIs, dashboards and scorecards. Provide actionable insights to improve network performance and customer experience. Prepare presentations for leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and recommend operational efficiency improvements while maintaining BI best practices and continuing education.

Lead onshore data engineering/solution lead responsible for hands-on implementation, mentoring junior developers, and managing onshore/offshore teams. Build ETL and data warehouse solutions using Azure (ADF, Synapse), Databricks, PySpark/Python and SQL. Create design artifacts, source-to-target mappings, and specification documents; able to work from client office locations.

Develop and automate reports and dashboards from data warehouse and Salesforce using Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, and Snowflake. Analyze trends, apply statistical methods, identify anomalies, QA deliverables, collaborate with client-facing teams, manage data quality and mappings, document processes, test tools, and lead client trainings on data specifications.

Deliver end-to-end healthcare data migration: analyze source systems, develop SQL queries and transformation logic, validate and reconcile converted data, collaborate with clients and teams, and use AI-assisted tools to improve delivery.

Build and maintain a scalable BI and reporting platform using ClickHouse and Python ETL. Design dimensional models and reporting marts, optimize queries, create dashboards, support data pipelines from Elasticsearch, SQL Server, APIs and files, and add AI-enabled reporting features and developer tooling for analytics workflows.
