Partner with Public Sector GTM leadership to develop strategy, analyze market and performance, build analytical models, and surface data-driven recommendations. Identify and implement AI-enabled workflows and automations, present findings to leaders and executives, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale GTM initiatives and drive public sector revenue growth.

The role involves architecting and improving data systems, defining governance standards, optimizing performance, and mentoring engineers in data engineering.

Design and automate reporting and workflows for financial operations. Analyze and troubleshoot data pipelines, build reports, collaborate with SMEs to remove manual bottlenecks, and own small optimization projects to improve operational efficiency.

Perform end-to-end analytics to quantify partner value and build ROI narratives from pilot datasets. Support sales and partner success with discovery calls, fraud strategy discussions, presentations, technical support, and thought leadership (white papers). Coach team members, maintain customer relationships, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders to drive adoption.

Build, model, and maintain scalable BigQuery-based data solutions on GCP. Implement performant data models, storage partitioning/clustering, ETL improvements, data validation, and documentation. Collaborate with architects, data scientists, and engineers to deliver governed, high-quality data for reporting and AI initiatives.

Transform data into actionable insights by building dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Partner with cross-functional teams and data engineering to ensure data quality, lineage, and AI-ready metadata. Audit datasets, define monitoring rules, document data dictionaries, pilot AI-assisted BI tools, and apply hypothesis-driven analysis to surface insights that inform business decisions.

Design and maintain data architecture and pipelines to support compliance and risk teams. Build and optimize data models, standardize metrics, and create data dictionaries. Implement data quality, lineage monitoring, AI-driven agents for false-positive reduction and automation, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure SLAs are met.

Embed with the CRO to deliver GTM analytics and insights: write SQL and dbt models, build Looker and Salesforce dashboards, define and track revenue KPIs, forecast and model revenue, partner with GTM leaders and Data Engineering, lead analytics projects, and translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations to drive upsell and new-business growth.

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data models and pipelines to support CX operations, compliance reporting, and customer insights. Create dashboards and metrics, enforce data quality and governance, automate recurring workflows, and partner with stakeholders and broader data teams to deliver self-serve analytics solutions.

Own end-to-end analytical lifecycle to develop and optimize business, risk, and growth strategies. Monitor portfolio and macro trends, build and interpret ML-driven models, lead cross-functional launches, mentor junior analysts, and build AI-assisted workflows to improve decisioning and measurement across products and geographies.
