Serve as IT Infrastructure Project Manager for public sector clients, delivering networking, wireless, UC, and data center/security projects on time and within budget. Manage schedules, budgets, vendors, stakeholders, risks, QA, and multiple concurrent projects. Provide client-facing communication, financial reporting, and leadership of internal and external teams while ensuring project profitability and adherence to methodology.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integrations using Oracle SOA Suite and integration tools. Build and consume SOAP/REST services, implement EDI and file-based integrations, write SQL/PLSQL for data support, troubleshoot production issues, produce technical documentation, and collaborate in an Agile team to deliver reliable integration solutions meeting SLAs.

Provide functional support and configuration for Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS R12 across AR, AP, GL, Projects, Costing, Fusion Tax, and O2C/P2P. Translate business requirements into functional specs, troubleshoot incidents within SLAs, write and tune SQL, manage integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP, EDI), maintain reports (OTBI/BI Publisher), support updates/patching, and produce documentation and training materials.
