Own Arcadia’s revenue operating system, including Salesforce, forecasting, pricing, SKUs, quote-to-cash, KPI frameworks, sales compensation, and AI-powered reporting. Lead the evaluation and roadmap of the revenue technology stack while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Tech. Build scalable processes, improve forecast accuracy, analyze pipeline and sales efficiency, and drive predictable growth in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Leads a data science team focused on customer intelligence and personalization across digital products, apps, newsletters, and marketing channels. Develops lifetime value, segmentation, retention, recommendation, attribution, forecasting, and engagement models. Owns product funnel analytics and experimentation, including A/B testing and causal inference. Design and deploy machine learning models for financial document processing, optimize large language models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide junior peers in a fast-paced environment.
