Conduct frequent A/B testing, operate or analyze campaigns using Mixpanel, Customer.io, and PostHog, and improve student engagement and retention. The role is remote within Europe and available as either full-time employment or an independent contractor arrangement.

Drive revenue growth and territory expansion across the UK and Western Europe. Own the complete enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through presentations, negotiation, and close. Build territory plans, develop partnerships, manage pipelines and forecasts, and identify cross-sell opportunities. Engage public safety and government stakeholders, collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, and represent Versaterm at regional events. International travel of 40–60% is required.

Manage a global portfolio of HR programs and initiatives within the HR PMO. Build project plans, milestones, workstreams, governance, and ownership; coordinate cross-functional execution across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams; manage risks, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholder alignment; and develop scalable workflows and tools for HR operations.
