The Field Application Engineer supports global customers by aiding in the design-in process of Ambiq's low-power semiconductor solutions, optimizing energy efficiency, and developing hardware and software for embedded systems. Responsibilities include design reviews, customer collaboration, debugging, and presenting complex technical topics.

The Field Evaluations Engineer will manage engineering projects, conduct product evaluations, provide technical assistance, and develop test requirements, requiring frequent travel.

The Field Service Engineer (FSE) provides on-site automotive technical support, diagnosing vehicle issues and liaising with dealership personnel to prevent vehicle buybacks and warranty expenses.

Provide third-level on-site automotive and Techline support to GM dealerships in assigned territory, diagnose and direct repairs, reduce repurchases and warranty expense, review and improve dealer comeback processes, deliver training, support wholesale escalation and provide field product reports.

Conduct on-site evaluations to ensure product compliance, oversee project specifications, interact with clients, and resolve technical issues while leading product safety evaluations.

Independently manage field engineering projects for product safety evaluations across the Western US. Develop UL requirements, test methods, and equipment for complex or non-standard products. Conduct on-site electrical testing, communicate with clients and AHJs, resolve compliance issues, serve as project handler/reviewer, and present code and certification topics. Frequent domestic and some international travel required.
