Leads end-to-end workforce planning for a large outpatient therapy organization. Responsibilities include workforce forecasting, capacity modeling, statistical analysis, dashboard and report development, historical trend analysis, and actionable recommendations. Partners with Operations, Talent Acquisition, Field Leadership, and senior stakeholders to optimize workforce plans, present findings, and support strategic decisions across multiple states, locations, service lines, and disciplines.

Owns end-to-end data engineering on Microsoft Fabric, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold medallion pipelines, event-driven ingestion, CDC, schema evolution, data quality, orchestration, and production observability. Manages Azure DevOps CI/CD and environment promotion, integrates data feeds with Pecan AI models, and supports Power BI semantic models and governance. Requires advanced SQL, Python, PySpark, Delta Lake, Azure, KQL, Power BI, Git, and data engineering experience.

Owns the end-to-end architecture, development, infrastructure, data pipelines, and Power BI reporting platform supporting data governance, informatics, analytics, auditing, and data quality. Leads and mentors a data engineering team, defines schemas and engineering standards, ensures security and HIPAA compliance, oversees testing and Agile delivery, manages stakeholder requirements, and remains hands-on with backend technologies, data models, Power BI, and DAX.

Leads global data center market research, forecasts, sizing models, competitive analyses, and trend analysis. Advises clients on investments, technology roadmaps, and market opportunities while presenting insights at conferences, webinars, briefings, and to media. Builds senior client relationships, supports sales and marketing, shapes research strategy, and develops new advisory products. Requires deep data center expertise, quantitative research ability, executive communication skills, and over 10 years of experience.

Design and maintain healthcare data integration pipelines, models, and validation processes for claims, billing, clinical, pharmacy, EMR, FHIR, and value-based care data. Collaborate with clients and internal analytics, product, and customer success teams to interpret data, document business rules, support implementations, and build reusable Ursa data models. Apply healthcare domain expertise, data security practices, HIPAA compliance, and appropriate judgment when using AI-assisted tools.

Senior individual contributor who designs, develops, optimizes, and maintains complex SQL data solutions and Microsoft SQL Server instances. Leads data modeling, performance tuning, schema design, and data quality efforts; partners with engineering, ETL, BI, and product teams; drives standards, architecture, governance, and compliance for scalable, high-performance data platforms.

Lead design of end-to-end analytics and data solutions, produce architecture diagrams and technical designs, guide delivery teams, run client discovery and requirements sessions, support pre-sales and proposals, build reusable frameworks, and manage and mentor a delivery team to ensure quality and alignment to architecture.

Perform economic damages analysis for litigation matters (wrongful termination, discrimination, wage/hour, personal injury, wrongful death). Clean, structure, and analyze data; build damages models and visualizations in Excel; manage and review case documents; research public data sources; support report and exhibit preparation; and ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and documentation of all deliverables.
