Own end-to-end product design for Allara’s patient experience across web and mobile. Develop design vision, apply shared design systems, collaborate with product and engineering, conduct user research and usability testing, and use data and feedback to guide decisions. The role partners with clinical stakeholders, supports high-quality product delivery, and helps scale the design team while mentoring junior designers as needed.

Coordinates daily staffing coverage across healthcare facilities by tracking staffing needs, filling open shifts, confirming clinicians, rerouting cancellations, documenting activity, and communicating with facilities, staff, vendors, and internal teams. Ensures overtime approvals, work orders, temporary staffing requests, policy compliance, and shift-change notes are accurately maintained. Provides issue resolution, responds to calls and messages, and escalates facility concerns or corrective actions through the appropriate chain of command.

Build and maintain full-stack web applications and platform capabilities end to end. Design APIs, relational database schemas, and distributed systems with strong observability and monitoring. Partner with product stakeholders, participate in code and design reviews, mentor engineers, and raise engineering standards. The role requires onsite work in Chicago and involves developing telematics technology for trailer safety, cargo security, and transportation visibility.

Own strategic enterprise accounts across pre-sales, implementation, adoption, expansion, and technical escalation. Lead technical evaluations, complex deployments, integrations, training, and value realization while connecting technical execution to retention, expansion, and ROI. Partner with account teams and executive stakeholders, resolve ambiguous challenges, create playbooks, coach peers, and improve team workflows. Use AI tools for research, content creation, and automation while serving as a trusted technical advisor.
