Lead and supervise a centralized billing team to ensure timely, accurate invoice creation and review. Manage WIP, resolve billing issues, reconcile accounts, train staff, collaborate with partners and internal teams, and support practice management data clean-up to maximize revenue realization.

Serve as a servant leader facilitating Scrum ceremonies, improving team delivery flow, and coordinating cross-functional work. Support intake/prioritization for technical support, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and promote visibility across development, operations, and support. Drive continuous improvement, automate service workflows, and escalate risks to leadership.

Support OneStream implementation by capturing, organizing, and governing project knowledge; maintain controlled repositories, create user-facing materials, ensure documentation readiness for testing and go-live, and enable knowledge transfer to operations and sustainment teams.

Lead QA for a OneStream ERP/EPM implementation: plan and execute system, integration, and UAT testing; create and run test cases; log and triage defects; perform regression and end-to-end validation; maintain test evidence and support deployment readiness, hyper-care, and post-go-live stabilization.

Support OneStream implementation to design, validate, test, and deploy financial statements, note disclosures, and variance (flux) reporting. Translate federal accounting and reporting requirements into functional designs, validate mappings and reconciliations, participate in testing and UAT, and support cutover, go-live, and sustainment activities while coordinating with finance, technical, and PMO teams.

Lead and execute the full marketing function: PR, product launch for a new sensor, content and brand strategy, thought leadership, agency/freelancer management, and marketing strategy, budgeting, and performance measurement to drive sales-led growth.

Manage end-to-end HR onboarding, conduct new-hire orientations and check-ins, maintain HRIS and employee records, process HR requests via JIRA, serve as HR point-of-contact, coordinate with stakeholders, and support HR process improvements and projects.
