Lead enterprise data ownership and governance to align customer experience with information architecture. Develop data usage frameworks, business rules, quality thresholds, and movement authorizations. Direct data stewards, analysts, and architects; prioritize remediation, support data integration and analytics, and guide development of data warehouse, data marts, and reporting solutions to support healthcare enrollment and billing operations.

Drive analytics and statistical modeling to evaluate and forecast sales compensation plan performance. Produce reports and visualizations, assess risks, recommend compensation design changes, and partner with sales, finance, HR, and leadership to align incentives, quotas, and sales models to business priorities.

Own and evolve end-to-end data pipeline architecture across ingestion, transformation, modeling, and serving. Drive cross-team technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and integrate AI tooling to improve workflows while remaining hands-on building and debugging production pipelines.
