The Senior Product Analyst will oversee product analytics projects, collaborating with teams to develop KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.

Build and own data quality and observability for the data platform: profile data, define quality rules, set metrics/SLAs, monitor and alert, investigate and resolve data issues at source, and partner with data engineering and business stakeholders on standards and reporting.

Provide research support and program evaluation for public health projects: analyze mixed-methods data, produce reports, link implementation measures to outcomes, and advise stakeholders. Use BI and qualitative tools, manage administrative/government systems, and communicate findings to high-level officials.

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-based data pipelines and lakehouse platforms. Develops RW SQL reports, Radar dashboards, and self-service artifacts; validates data, mentors junior analysts, enforces best practices, supports intake/prioritization, and coordinates training and legacy-to-new-tool migrations.

Design, build, and maintain automated data quality frameworks and checks using SQL and Python in Snowflake. Apply AI/GenAI for rule generation, anomaly detection, and data observability. Validate BI datasets and pipelines, enforce quality gates in ETL/ELT flows, ensure interoperability with healthcare standards (HL7/X12/FHIR), monitor quality metrics, support governance/audit readiness, and mentor team members.

Lead and scale the enterprise data hub: manage the data warehouse, build reliable ingestion and transformation pipelines, implement governance and data modeling best practices, deliver GTM-ready metrics, enable AI/ML use cases, prioritize the data roadmap, and lead/mentor a data engineering team.
