The Senior Manager of Sales Operations will optimize sales processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, analyze sales data, and drive business insights for better operational decisions.

Serve as the deal desk and pricing expert for North American sales: own pricing and deal structures for complex enterprise deals, maintain CPQ, translate customer requirements, align Finance/Legal/Product/Leadership, build deal-level P&L models, develop pricing frameworks and approval guardrails, and build analytics to identify and fix deal friction.

Manage development operations and donor stewardship, staff the President, draft donor correspondence and briefings, prepare proposals and impact presentations, maintain CRM tracking, support fundraising trips and events, and coordinate cross-functionally to execute fundraising and communications efforts for 2026–2027.

Lead sales operations execution including territory planning, forecasting, reporting, dashboarding, data architecture, pipeline hygiene, and cross-functional process improvements to drive sales effectiveness and growth.

Support Sales and Insights by building ROI analyses, business cases, dashboards, and KPI reporting to recover retail deductions, enable upsells, and inform GTM strategy. Drive process improvements, surface operational insights, and handle sensitive revenue data to influence sales and product decisions.
