Leads monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) for a large institutional grant across the project lifecycle. Designs MEL systems, supports proposal development, oversees data collection/quality/analysis, ensures donor compliance and readiness for reviews, facilitates learning and knowledge management, and provides technical guidance and capacity strengthening to partners and colleagues.
