Supervise a call-center customer service team, manage daily operations and workloads, coach and develop staff, handle escalations, monitor performance and SLAs, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Support claims organization by analyzing and redesigning workflows, coordinating and delivering multiple projects, performing root-cause analysis, producing process maps and documentation, tracking KPIs, and enabling cross-functional adoption through training and influence.

Support Continuous Improvement projects by analyzing business goals, mapping processes, gathering and analyzing data, updating documentation, estimating costs/benefits, resolving operational issues, and helping launch new initiatives across business units.
