Manage complex, litigated construction-related casualty claims from assignment through resolution. Responsibilities include coverage analysis, liability assessment, investigations, reserves, litigation strategy, outside counsel and expert coordination, negotiation, settlements, documentation, and collaboration with underwriting, legal, reinsurance, product, and subrogation teams.
