Serve as a CX SME across Boost Mobile, DISH TV, OnTech, and Sling TV by performing live interactions, testing and validating agent tools and workflows, using Generative AI to analyze and document experiences, and converting frontline observations into data-driven recommendations for stakeholders to improve customer and agent experience.

Manage and investigate moderately complex to complex workers' compensation claims: determine liability and coverage, set and adjust reserves, negotiate settlements, coordinate litigation and examinations, mentor team members, and participate in quality reviews and dispute resolution processes.

Manage a lending operations team handling loan processing, documentation, pre-closing/closing, monitoring, servicing, and underwriting tasks. Oversee compliance with legal, investor, and regulatory policies (SAFE/Regulation Z), implement process improvements, allocate resources, make credit decisions, mentor staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality customer service and risk controls.

Support trade services operations by processing letters of credit and collections, amending documentation, handling complex transaction paperwork, identifying client referral opportunities, and collaborating with teams to resolve issues while adhering to policies, controls, and risk requirements.
