Supervise the Customer Relations Center in Plano, TX, driving KPIs, staffing, training, SOPs, and continuous improvements. Resolve escalated calls/emails, collaborate with IT and operations for portal and data insights, assist claims and QA, and ensure SLA turnaround times are met.

Identify and research sports trading cards and varieties, update and maintain the database, communicate with coworkers and manufacturers, safely handle valuable merchandise, and perform other assigned operational duties to ensure accurate cataloging and processing.

Provide part-time administrative support to the Institutional Life Sales team: coordinate meetings and travel, process expenses and Gift & Entertainment reporting, maintain Salesforce records and broker lists, prepare PowerPoint and proposal materials, handle client documentation and appointment confirmations, and support scheduling and event logistics to keep the team organized and efficient.

Process membership and deposit accounts and manage loan funding by reviewing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, disbursing funds, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Serve as primary member contact for account opening and loan inquiries, validate eligibility and signatures to prevent fraud, and support software testing and process improvements.

Process inbound cash and asset transfer requests for retirement accounts: review documentation, submit requests to custodians, track status, communicate updates to investors, support account maintenance and onboarding teams, research delays, and assist with operational projects.

Own and improve Hiya’s product support operations: tools, workflows, automations, reporting, and ownership models. Reduce ticket volume and resolution time, implement AI-enabled support, configure integrations and light scripting, and deliver insights to Product and Engineering to drive product improvements and scale support without linear headcount growth.

Administer and optimize Salesforce as the single source of truth; own the GTM tool stack and vendor lifecycle; design and build cross-system integrations and automations; champion AI-first GTM workflows and agents; document system configurations and integration architecture; partner with RevOps leadership and GTM stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Provide phone and email support to policyholders and agents, process account changes and documents with accuracy, scan/index records to OnBase, investigate complaints and potential fraud, assist with mail and outgoing correspondence, and complete training and assigned projects.

Provide high-level administrative support to three Senior Vice Presidents: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, process expenses and purchasing card transactions, plan Seattle-based events and meetings, handle confidential issues, maintain distribution lists, support onboarding, and manage vendor and catering logistics to ensure smooth executive and team operations.
