Lead design, engineering, and evolution of the enterprise Databricks platform. Build IaC, CI/CD, automation, and self-service capabilities; enable ML/AI features (MLflow, Model Registry, Feature Store, Vector Search); optimize performance, security, governance, and cost; evaluate new technologies; mentor engineers and drive platform adoption across stakeholders.

Design, build, and enhance the enterprise Databricks platform to support analytics, data products, ML, and AI. Develop IaC, CI/CD, automation, reusable templates, and platform services (e.g., Model Registry, Feature Store). Optimize scalability, reliability, and cost across cloud environments and collaborate with architecture, cloud, data engineering, and data science teams to advance platform standards and adoption.
