Designs, builds, deploys, and operates full-stack cloud-native applications across user interfaces, APIs, data platforms, infrastructure, and CI/CD. Owns technical vision for business capabilities, translates requirements into solutions, supports production systems, and participates in incident response and on-call rotations. The role also establishes observability, secure engineering, automated testing, DevSecOps, documentation, and AI-assisted development practices while mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership.

Designs, develops, tests, implements, and deploys software applications using C#, .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Entity Framework. Translates business requirements into maintainable solutions, troubleshoots complex issues, participates in Agile projects, follows SDLC and quality processes, documents technical work, and provides guidance to less-experienced developers.

Designs, develops, supports, and enhances complex software applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, React, and SQL Server. Owns application delivery from requirements through production, including estimation, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Provides technical leadership across Agile teams, facilitates team meetings, collaborates with stakeholders, and supports high-severity production issues.

Design, develop and deploy business rules using IBM ODM. Build domain, Java execution and business object models; author, test, publish and deploy rules in Decision Center/Server; integrate via Java/J2EE web services; use ODM APIs, Decision Validation Services, Decision Warehouse, CI (Jenkins), Maven, UML and DB2.
