Conduct regular case file reviews and monitor participant data for accuracy and compliance with WIOA/TANF/SNAP and contract requirements. Identify deficiencies and trends, recommend corrective actions, support staff remediation and training, prepare QA reports and dashboards, assist with audits, and help maintain policies and quality management practices.

Oversee QA/QC for structured cabling (copper, fiber, low‑voltage): develop procedures, perform site inspections, verify testing/certification, enforce standards (TIA/BICSI/NEC), manage documentation, lead technicians, track corrective actions, and coordinate with PMs, contractors, and clients to ensure compliant installations and project closeout.

Inspect and test incoming materials, sub-assemblies, in-process and finished radios per drawings and work instructions. Document defects, segregate non-conforming material, collect data, and produce reports/charts to support quality improvements. Use test/measuring equipment, microscopes, and Office tools; work independently and with the warehouse manager to drive quality objectives.
