Designs, deploys, manages, and secures hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Responsibilities include systems administration, automation, networking, resiliency, monitoring, infrastructure as code, configuration management, cloud cost control, incident resolution, documentation, change management, and on-call support. The engineer collaborates with architecture, security, GRC, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.

Paid 10-week software development internship supporting enterprise web applications, APIs, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, automation, deployments, and production support. The intern will collaborate in an Agile environment with developers, analysts, and product owners while using Angular, Java, REST APIs, DevOps tools, cloud platforms, and approved AI tools. Responsibilities also include application lifecycle participation, technical documentation, metrics, reporting, visualization, and analysis.

Owns ERP solution architecture, design governance, and quality across enterprise projects. Leads refinement of the Microsoft D365 F&O template, guides functional leads and implementation partners, resolves cross-functional design issues, and supports roadmap, integrations, data, testing, deployment, and acquisition initiatives. The role partners with business and technical stakeholders to standardize processes, reduce complexity, ensure scalable and supportable solutions, and provide readiness and go/no-go recommendations.

Responsible for IT financial management, overseeing budgets over $150M, vendor contract negotiations, and governance of supplier management, leading a team for financial reporting and supplier performance metrics.

Serve as the onsite Manufacturing IT liaison for the Farmers Branch site, supporting MES, SPC, equipment management, factory automation, and reporting tools. Troubleshoot production-impacting issues, onboard equipment/software, coordinate testing/UAT, drive continuous improvement, and follow IT standards for change management, validation, and security while partnering with operations, engineering, and quality teams.

Manage and support company IT systems including Aloha POS, VOIP, endpoints, networking and ticketing. Provide end-user and new-store training, implement upgrades, execute disaster recovery, troubleshoot issues, and travel to sites (~20%). Drive IT process improvements and deliver professional timely support.

Provide IT support and incident response across servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and cloud services. Manage Office 365, Entra/Intune, Teams, Exchange, Ubiquiti networks, and MDM. Perform change management, asset tracking, disaster recovery support, security audits, patching, and vulnerability management. Document processes, coordinate vendors, participate in on-call rotation, and recommend continuous IT improvements. Support agentic AI services such as M365 Copilot and Anthropic Claude.
