Develop dashboards, scorecards, executive reports, and analytical insights for Sales and partnership teams. Analyze sales, pipeline, operational, and account data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Support forecasting, scenario modeling, KPI development, data governance, and reporting standardization. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and leadership to translate business questions into actionable recommendations and communicate insights effectively.

The Power BI Data Analyst will work on developing an enterprise data warehouse, focusing on creating data models and utilizing Power BI for business analysis.

Analyzes operational data to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Builds and maintains Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and scalable reporting solutions covering performance, efficiency, quality, service levels, and capacity. Partners with Operations, Process Improvement, and Technology teams to improve data quality and usability, establish reporting governance, and provide executive-ready insights and recommendations that support operational decision-making.
