Administers and monitors IT security processes supporting NISPOM and DoD requirements. Manages Splunk infrastructure, security dashboards, Linux and Windows systems, virtualization, cloud security controls, audits, documentation, incident response, vulnerability mitigation, and compliance reporting. Advises IT and program teams on secure architectures, patches, threats, and security requirements while coordinating with security, audit, compliance, and management teams.

Provides on-site IT support at a distribution center, resolving end-user tickets and maintaining PCs, printers, network equipment, telecommunications, warehouse labeling and conveyor systems, and physical security technology. Responsibilities include equipment installation, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, inventory management, and cross-department technical assistance. Requires a high school diploma and at least two years of hands-on desktop hardware and Microsoft Windows experience. An associate or technical degree and industry certifications are preferred.

Provide hands-on IT support for a manufacturing warehouse: install and maintain PCs, LAN, and hardware; troubleshoot low-to-medium complexity issues; monitor systems; support IT projects, equipment setup, inventory tracking, and plant reporting while collaborating with corporate IT and vendors.

Lead and manage strategic technology initiatives across enterprise architecture and reusable services. Plan delivery, manage scope, risks, budgets, stakeholders, change, and continuous improvement while promoting standardization and reuse.

Provide hands-on IT support for executive, admin, finance, and engineering teams: resolve helpdesk tickets, onboard users, troubleshoot network/connectivity, deploy workstations and peripherals, respond to walk-in requests, and document solutions for the internal knowledge base.

The Manager - IT Disaster Recovery is responsible for establishing and overseeing the Disaster Recovery Program, ensuring compliance, assessing risks, and collaborating on recovery plans and technologies for critical applications.
