Leads a cloud engineering team responsible for Redpanda Cloud, BYOC, Serverless, and Agentic Data Plane initiatives. Owns roadmap delivery, operational excellence, incident response, SLOs, and day-two operations while partnering with Product and customer-facing teams. Coaches, develops, hires, and retains engineers; translates product priorities into engineering plans; manages risks and dependencies; and drives reliable, high-quality launches across distributed cloud services.

Build and scale Mach9’s marketing engine, own growth strategy and pipeline goals, generate demand across established and new channels, lead product launches, partner with sales, drive customer advocacy and expansion, and manage a high-performing marketing team. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across demand generation, revenue marketing, account-based marketing, lifecycle programs, automation, attribution, and AI-enabled workflows.

Sources and recruits candidates in a high-volume healthcare staffing environment, with emphasis on nurse recruitment and clinical talent. Develops staffing forecasts and recruiting strategies, manages contract recruiters during hiring surges, advises managers on selection and compensation, conducts orientation and interview training, and maintains collaborative relationships with client management teams.

Owns company-wide HR programs from design through sustainment, including performance management, engagement, manager enablement, and policy initiatives. Oversees HR compliance, policy updates, risk mitigation, employee relations cases, investigations, and manager coaching. Leads cross-functional project execution, tracks outcomes, and partners with leaders to improve employee experience, compliance readiness, and manager effectiveness.

Manage U.S. PR strategies for primarily French technology and medtech clients. Responsibilities include media relations, journalist and influencer engagement, client account management, communications consulting, new-business pitch support, campaign coordination, and development of press releases, articles, briefing materials, Q&As, and other content. The role also involves helping launch the company’s Boston office and traveling regularly to France to meet colleagues and clients.
