Manages end-to-end research operations, including customer panel outreach, participant recruitment, pre-session coordination, technology checks, research platform evaluation, vendor administration, NDAs, RFPs, SOWs, budget tracking, and participant records. Partners with Consumer Insights & Strategy researchers to execute concurrent qualitative and quantitative studies efficiently while maintaining a healthy customer panel and preventing over-surveying.

Supports the Chief Commercial Officer through complex calendar and travel management, meeting preparation, confidential communications, leadership coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
