The IT Desktop Associate Analyst will provide support for end user computing devices, respond to incidents, and assist in installations and configurations.

Provide on-site and remote technical support for end users and the MSP; troubleshoot hardware, systems, networks, and backups; maintain documentation, inventory, phone systems, wireless networks, and security awareness training; handle onboarding/offboarding and MSP ticketing and escalations.

The IT Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, facilitate meetings, and communicate analysis to clients. They will also engage in process improvement and workflow evaluation.

Maintain office premises and IT assets: perform floor walks, coordinate maintenance with building reps and offshore IT, manage VC equipment and FedEx shipping, maintain asset records, lead office fit-outs, assist CXOs, support events/tradeshows, reconcile expenses, and be flexible for weekend/holiday support.

Provide day-to-day IT support and maintenance across the college: manage help desk tickets, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, create training materials, assist with audits/backups and enforce IT policy, communicate status to stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure end-user satisfaction.
