Builds and maintains global Workday HR reporting infrastructure: gathers requirements, develops custom reports and dashboards, tests and validates solutions, supports UAT, mentors peers, handles ad-hoc data requests, and improves report performance and user adoption across HR teams.

Produce and deliver operational weather forecasts and impact alerts by monitoring observations, evaluating model guidance, using in-house datasets and tools, creating text and graphical products, performing quality control, and developing understanding of forecast impacts on customer operations.

The IT Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, facilitate meetings, and communicate analysis to clients. They will also engage in process improvement and workflow evaluation.
