Senior HR leader who partners with the CHRO to oversee full employee lifecycle, lead HR generalists, drive workforce planning, employee relations, labor relations, compliance, compensation administration, engagement and retention across multiple business affiliates. Acts as strategic advisor to senior leadership and manages HR policies, investigations, and special projects.

Performs intermediate administrative duties including payroll and timekeeping, budget tracking, purchasing and invoice processing, data management and reporting using district applications, maintaining business records, supporting student safety (including delegated nursing duties), and responding to requests from employees, vendors, and community members while protecting student and employee privacy under FERPA.

Lead and supervise payroll operations, assign and monitor staff workloads, ensure multi-state and CBA payroll compliance, maintain accurate records and SOPs, resolve escalations, implement process improvements, and collaborate with HR and Finance to produce reports and support decision-making.

Provide on-the-job training and continuous learning for station team members, demonstrating equipment and vehicle use, delivering hands-on de-icing training, assigning tasks to new hires, ensuring training compliance, supporting station supply handling and special events, and performing physical assistance duties as needed.

The Station Training Supervisor provides on-the-job training to new employees, conducts hands-on teaching, and ensures compliance with training protocols while managing tasks and supporting station operations.

Provide flexible, as-needed HR support for a high-volume BPO/call center: onboarding/offboarding, HRIS/UltiPro updates, ticket/email responses, LOA tracking, file audits, templates, cross-functional coordination, and special projects during peak periods.
