Find your purpose as an Accountant II at CentraCare! This position requires an intermediate level working knowledge and application of US GAAP. Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and producing timely reports for CentraCare Health entities in cooperation with other accounting department staff and others throughout CentraCare Health. Individual must be self-directed and self-motivated, highly detail oriented, accurate and organized with expanded conceptual knowledge of accounting functions and theories.
Schedule:
- Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks
- Mon-Fri 8a-5p
- Hybrid of at-home and in-office work (St. Cloud, MN)
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $60,132.80 per year and increases with experience.
- Salary range: $60,132.80-$90,168.00 per year
- Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field or an Associate's degree in accounting required with at least 10 years of related experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience is required with a Bachelors, or 10 years of experience with an Associates.
- Solid end-user computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Experience with Oracle software or similar general ledger software preferred.
- Healthcare industry knowledge preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be flexible and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
