Manage hospice client relationships and retention through regular reviews, onboarding, implementations, and cross-functional coordination. Use Salesforce for account documentation, analyze utilization and spend trends, identify growth opportunities, support clinical and billing teams, and provide client education. Travel frequently for client-facing meetings (30-50%).

Provide on-site instructional support and student supervision at an outdoor lab (0.75 FTE, 190 days). Interact with students, staff, and parents; monitor large areas; perform related duties; follow NCLB/ESEA paraprofessional requirements.

Lead customer acquisition and economics across channels (paid search/social, direct mail, partnerships, SEO, referrals). Own CAC, LTV, payback, cohort analysis, testing and conversion optimization, cross-functional partnership with Finance, Sales, Product/Tech, and build/coach a high-performing internal and agency team.

Lead federal business development for health, readiness, and workforce support: build and manage pipeline, qualify opportunities, support capture and proposals, mentor BD staff, develop account strategies, and present strategic insights to leadership to drive revenue growth.

The Controller oversees financial systems, manages payroll, prepares accurate reports, supervises staff, and ensures compliance with financial regulations for the organization.
