Use AI tools to draft responses, log bugs in Linear, maintain help center content, synthesize customer feedback into product insights, and collaborate with product and engineering to resolve and prevent issues.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of backend, API, and authentication systems for a high-scale real-time calling platform. Architect APIs and auth models, write design docs, improve observability and DevEx, mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and Design, participate in on-call, and ensure reliability and performance.

Lead month-end close and reconciliations, prepare audit-ready documentation, manage cash disbursements and credit card programs, administer finance systems (Concur, Sage Intacct), support tax and information reporting, identify control risks and drive process improvements, and provide finance support and orientation across the Foundation.
