PARALEGAL – FULL TIME
Position Type: PARALEGAL
Location: Minneapolis
Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid (MMLA) is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Support Staff team as a Paralegal. The Minneapolis Support Staff team is composed of paralegals and other legal professionals who provide administrative, legal, and litigation support to more than 75 case handlers and other MMLA staff. Team members work on a wide variety of civil legal matters, creating opportunities to gain broad exposure to legal services work. The team operates under a modified pool model in which work requests are completed collaboratively. Paralegals on the team have opportunities to work more closely with the different practice area units on longer term projects/tasks or on specific cases.
The successful candidate will work fully in the office during the training period to ensure comprehensive onboarding and integration into our processes. Upon completion of training, a hybrid work model will be offered, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work.
What’s in It for You?

We believe in work-life harmony. This role offers the flexibility to blend remote work with in-office collaboration.

On Fridays, the office closes at noon and employees enjoy a half-day of paid flex time.
